The Chaplet of St. Michael the Archangel (also known as the Rosary of the Angels), was given to Antónia d’Astónaco, a Portuguese Carmelite, by St. Michael. It honours St. Michael and the nine Angelic Choirs and was approved and indulgenced by Ven. Pope Pius IX in 1851.

For those who pray this chaplet often: an Angel from each choir will accompany you as you approach Holy Communion, and, along with St. Micahel, Holy Angels will provide continual assistance during your lifetime. After death, you will be delivered from Purgatory. These benefits and blessings are extended to your direct family.
